Ingredients
6 servings
1 Tbssesame oil
1 lbpork loin
cut into bite size pieces
4scallions
white parts chopped and green parts left chunky
2 cupskimchi
plus any juices
1 Tbsgochujang
or more to taste
Firm tofu
cut into bite size pieces
Instructions
Step 1
Add Sesame oil to pan to get hot. Brown pork loin, chop, belly or whatever you have in sesame oil.
Step 2
Add whites of scallions and saute until tender.
Step 3
Add kimchi, gochujang and 3 cups water. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 4
Add tofu and simmer another 2 to 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add scallion green tops just before serving. Serve with a bowl of rice.
