Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a large pot with a little bit of water and something for your pan to sit on so that its not directlv in water.
Step 2
Combine ingredients and mix your batter until there are no lumps.
Step 3
In a small rectangle/cake pan, add just enough oil to coat and pour in enough batter to cover the bottom(i use 1/3 cup).
Step 4
Carefully lower into your pot and cover for about 3 minutes or until the batter has cooked and become slightly translucent.
Step 5
Oil the top and carefully lift out of the pan.
Step 6
Repeat and stack the oiled
noodle sheets on top of each other
before cutting into desired width
Step 7
These can be stored in the fridge or freezer!
