Instructions
Step 1
1) Put Kimchi in a small bowl and chop with scissors.
Step 2
2) In a large bowl, mix Kimchi, Korean frying mix, gochugaru, chili pepper, basil leaves, and water. Make sure to add a dash of salt to the batter if you are using all-purpose flour.
Step 3
3) Gently stir the batter but don't stir too long - otherwise, the batter will become very dense.
Step 4
4) Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add neutral oil. Put 1/2 of the batter into the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides. Make sure to add oil from time to time as the pancake absorbs the oil very quickly.
Step 5
Top off with parmesan cheese and enjoy 🥰
