Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix all meatball ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
Step 3
Roll into golf ball sized meatballs. You should get about 20 to 24.
Step 4
Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until cooked through and internal temp reaches 165°F.
Step 5
While baking, combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and honey in a small saucepan.
Step 6
If you want thicker sauce, stir in the cornstarch slurry and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 7
Toss baked meatballs in sauce or brush sauce over them before serving.
