Biltong and Cheese Charcuterie Board

Biltong dip
250gbeef biltong
sliced, roughly chopped
1 cupmayonnaise
½ cupcream cheese
plain
¼ cupsweet chilli sauce
¼ cupparsley
chopped
salt
pepper

Instructions
Biltong Dip
Step 1
Add all the ingredients for the dip into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
Assembling the board
Step 2
Spoon dip and jam/honey into serving bowls and place onto a large board of your choice.
Step 3
Arrange the cheese around the board - make sure to distribute evenly.
Step 4
Place fruit next to the cheese.
Step 5
Fill the empty spots with crackers, biltong, and nuts.
Step 6
Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
Step 7
