Instructions

Step 1
Combine yeast, water, and sugar together and let sit for 10 minutes
Step 2
Put flour and salt in mixing bowl. Add yeast mixture and knead with bread hook for 10 minute
Step 3
Shape dough into ball and add to well oiled bowl and cover and let rise for an hour
Step 4
Punch down and cut into 8 pieces. Shape into balls then poke hole in middle and form bagel. Place onto 8 small parchment papers. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes
Step 5
Boil each bagel for 1 minute on one side then 30 seconds on the other. Brush with egg wash, add toppings, and bake at 400 for 25 minutes
