Instructions
Step 1
Add semi-seet chocolate and butter to a pan and melt on low heat until fully incorporated. Set aside to cool slightly.
Step 2
In a large bowl add brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla and mis with a mixer until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Add chocolate and butter misture and mis again until thoroughly combined.
Step 4
Add flour and cocoa powder and fold until combined.
Step 5
Add in chocolate chips and mix till just combined.
Step 6
Pour into greased round pirex and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from oven, cool 5 minutes to carry over cook, and serve.
Step 8
Store leftovers in an airtight container on the counter for 5 days. If they last that long.
Step 9
Once completely cooked overnight brownies turn into fudge, and can be carefully heated in the microwave to return it to the pudding like consistency.
