Instructions
Step 1
Bring the pasta with salt to a boil for 10-13 mins. While the pasta is stating to boil add tbsp of olive oil into a pan with the chorizo first cook on a medium heat for 3-5 mins
Step 2
After the 3-5 mins add the broccoli stems, chilli flakes and finely chopped garlic. Cook until the pasta has finished
Step 3
Add a small amount of water to the pan around 30ml add in the Parmesan cheese But leave a small amount to the side with the drained pasta and mix well.
Step 4
Serve with a basil garnish (optional) and add the remaining Parmesan cheese to the top and serve with garlic bread
