Mushroom pasta with brocolli

Instructions

Step 1
Dice your onion and cut up your garlic, mushrooms and brocolli
Step 2
Bring water to a boil and add your pasta. Let it boil as long as it needs and add the broccoli 3 minutes before it is done
Step 3
In a pan add olive oil and add your onion, gaelic and mushrooms. Let it sit for 6-8 minutes
Step 4
Add your creme fraiche and the mustard + some cooking water
Step 5
Season with pepper and salt. After 8 minutes get your pan off the stove and add the pecorini. Stir it around untill it melted
Step 6
Mix the pasta with the sauce and your done
