1 poundground bison
1 poundground beef 90/10
1 tsponion powder
or more to taste
1 tspgarlic powder
or more to taste
1 tspsalt
or to taste
½ tspblack pepper
or to taste
1 tsppaprika
Burger Bowl Toppings (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the ground beef and bison very well. Add the garlic and onion powders, salt, pepper, and paprika in with the ground meat and mix again.
Step 2
Heat a skillet on medium heat. Add the meat and brown it, breaking it up as it cooks.
Step 3
Add 2/3 cup cooked meat to each bowl, then assemble it with desired toppings: 2 Tbsp diced tomato, 1/2 cup lettuce, 1/4 cup avocado, 2 Tbsp. burger sauce, 1 slice of bacon; 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
