This is a recipe from my compilation of Bulgarian recipes for children between 3 and 6 years from the 70ies. Slightly modified to resemble my mum's recipe.

Instructions

Step 1
Wash chicken and cut chicken. Add chicken to pan with olive oil and a bit of water. Add vegetable stock. Add finely chopped onion. Cook.
Step 2
Wash cabbage and cut into small pieces. Massage it with a bit of salt to soften. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and paprika powder. Add to chicken, mix and cook for a bit (about 20mins)
Step 3
Just before the chicken and cabbage is fully cooked, transfer to a baking tray and bake at 200 deg C (180 deg C if fan forced) for 25mins. Add a bit of water if most water has evaporated.
