Instructions

Step 1
Remove pumpkin seeds and cut into cubes and wash. Cut onion into slices and garlic peeled only.

Sautee onion and garlic with olive oil on medium heat until onion is translucent

Prepare chicken broth with 1 cube for 2.5 cups of water

Add pumpkin and sautée for 2 min

Add 2.5 cup chicken broth and 1 cup water and boil for 10 minutes.

Lower heat and simmer for 10 min. Then blend using in hand machine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
