Instructions
Step 1
For Buffalo Wings: Mix hot sauce, melted butter, vinegar, and garlic powder. Toss with chicken wings. Bake or fry until crispy.
Step 2
For Honey Garlic Wings: Combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and ginger. Coat chicken wings and bake until done.
Step 3
For Lemon Pepper Wings: Mix lemon zest, black pepper, melted butter, and salt. Coat the wings, bake or fry until crispy. Optional: Add Cajun seasoning and olive oil.
