Instructions
Step 1
Fry the ground beef with the onion in a pressure cooker.
Step 2
Dice or slice the onions, celery, and carrots then add to the pot.
Step 3
Shred the cabbage and dice into small pieces.
Step 4
Add a can of tomato juice or a large can of tomatoes and 2 quarts of water.
Step 5
Add remaining herbs and spices.
Step 6
Place the lid on the pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes on high.
Step 7
Add the canned corn.
Step 8
Serve with Parmesan cheese and homemade sourdough bread if desired.
