Step 1
Drain and rinse the beans thoroughly. Add them to a bowl and drizzle with a generous helping of olive oil and a heavy pinch or two of salt. Measure with your heart. Finely chop garlic and add it in. Start with a 1/4 cup of fresh or 1/2tsp of dried. Toss and taste. Add more of any ingredient that is needed. (Irl probably be salt haha!)
