For the salad

1romaine heart
large, or 3 heads little gems, finely shredded

15 ouncescanned garbanzo beans
drained and rinsed

thinly sliced

10pitted Castelvetrano olives
thinly sliced

3radishes
small, thinly sliced

4 ouncesprovolone
diced

4 ouncessliced salami
thinly, rounds, thinly sliced into strips

12cherry tomatoes
halved

2green onions

Instructions
Step 1
Combine shredded romaine (or little gems) into a large salad bowl and toss together.

Step 2
Add remaining salad ingredients.
