Cranberry Walnut Salad

A delightful blend of spring mix lettuce with the tartness of dried cranberries and Granny Smith apple. Add in Gala apple with candied walnuts. Protein is two cubed cooked chicken breast. Gently Top with Feta Cheese and Raspberry Vinaigrette or Sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing. A new flavor blend in every bight.

Instructions

Step 1
Grill, Air Fry or Pan fry the chicken. Season with Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste. Once cooled cut into cubes.
Step 2
Wash lettuce, drain and dry with paper towel. Place in salad bowl large enough to mix all ingredients.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients including cooled chicken but NOT the vinaigrette or dressing. The ingredients will fall to the bottom of the bowl so make sure to put your tongs deep into the bowl when tossing the salad. It is your choice rather to add the Dressing after tossing. I prefer not to do so since some folks like different amounts of Dressing on their salad. Enjoy
