Bruschetta Chicken & Bacon Pasta

Instructions

Step 1
Mix ingredients for marinade in a bowl, and then pour over chicken breasts in a shallow dish or gallon size ziplock bag. Let marinade in fridge for 6-12 hours.
Step 2
Grill chicken untill cooked through. Approximately 4-5 minutes per side. Set aside to cool. Once cool chop into bite sized pieces.
Step 3
Whisk together ingredients for balsamic glaze in a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-5 minutes, until mixture thickens. Set aside to cool.
Step 4
Cook pasta and rinse with cool water.
Step 5
Add pasts, chicken, tomatoes, mozzerella, fresh basil, and bacon pieces to a large bowl. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top, and mix gently. You may want to save some of the glaze for serving.
