Instructions

Step 1
Slice the chicken breast in half and add to a bowl. Pour in paprika, garlic granules, oil and rub all over the chicken so it is covered in this paste. Get a medium size saucepan and turn on to a medium heat adding the butter in to melt. Once the pan has set to temperature and butter has melted add the chicken and fry until cooked. Remove chicken set aside, dice onion, garlic and add into the same saucepan. Cook onion until almost translucent then add in your chicken stock. Let this marinate into the onion for 2/3 mins before adding cream. Mix cream into the stock and let it simmer for 2/3mins. Turn the temperature on low and allow to cool for 5mins. Slice your chicken into thin strips and add to sauce. Lastly, add the parmesan cheese into the mixture and let it melt through the sauce. Top with chopped parsley and serve
