Soya chunks (dry) – 60 g
Paneer – 100 g
Mixed vegetables – 200 g
Olive oil – 10 g
Spices (salt, masala, garlic)

Instructions
Step 1
Boil soya chunks for 5–7 minutes, squeeze water out.
Heat oil, sauté vegetables and spices.
Add soya chunks and cook for 5 minutes.
Add paneer cubes and cook lightly.
Serve hot with roti.
