Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet. Sauté veggies for three minutes until tender.

Pour egg mixture over the veggies, top with feta, and cook on the stovetop for two minutes.
