Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375° F (190° C)
Step 2
In a saucepan over medium heat, add tomato sauce, enchilada sauce mix, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer for 4-5 minutes or until bubbling. Stir occasionally.
Step 3
Stir in the heavy whipping cream and simmer for another minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 4
In a large mixing bow, add Cooked shredded chicken breast and 1 cup of sauce mixture. Mix well and set aside.
Step 5
In baking dishe, pour 1 cup of sauce mixture and spread evenly.
Step 6
On a flat surface,line the tortillas and scoop the shredded chicken mixture and sprinkle the filling with some shredded cheese. Roll the tortillas and line them in prepared baking dish.
Step 7
Spread the remaining sauce over tortillas and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes until cheeseis melted and golden brown.
