I met Dianna Coster at Fuel Breakfast Church, part of East Taieri Church, when I went there with the kids in the 2000's.
These biscuits are little biscuits that, if kept airtight, will last for a long time, and are nice buttered.

Step 1
Cream butter and sugar, add egg, add dry ingredients. Mix well Roll out fairly thin and sprinkle with sugar. Cut out biscuits with cutter. Pop in oven.
