Instructions

Step 1
Wash pepper, cut off stem + discard seeds, then cut into bite-size pieces; add to medium size bowl
Step 2
Wash + slice tomatoes in half, drain pack of olives, roughly chop; add both to the bowl
Step 3
Wash + dry lettuce leaves, add to bowl + drizzle on 2-4 tbsp dressing; divide between plates
Step 4
Cut ¼-½ the block of cheese into cubes; divide between salads—looks great!
