For the dressing

Step 1
Cook the pasta well done in salted boiling water then strain and add to a large bowl with a drizzle of olive oil and a splash of white wine vinegar and mix

Chop and slice all the veggies and add them to the bowl with the beans cheese and season to taste with salt and black pepper

Add all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and mix then drizzle half over the salad and toss together . Add more dressing if you want it more creamy . Store in sealed sterilized containers in the fridge for up to 5 days . Enjoy
