Step 1
Preheat over to 180 degrees
Step 2
Pop the spinach in a covered microwave safe dish and cook for 2-3 minutes (basically until its not frozen.)
Step 3
Clean your mushrooms (I wash mine as I can't get over the poop/compost thing but thats my issue haha!) and remove the stems. Place on a baking paper lined baking tray.
Step 4
Combine the spinach with the rest of the ingredients and spoon into the mushrooms.
Step 5
Cook uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until they are cooked how you like.
