1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a

2. If using fresh broccoli, steam or blanch for 2-3 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.

3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, chicken, broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully combined.

4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.

5. Add an additional layer of cheddar cheese on top. For a crispy finish, sprinkle the buttered breadcrumbs over the cheese.
