Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Step 2
Cut the chicken into bite-sides pieces
Step 3
Toss the chicken pieces in a large bowl with the curry powder, salt and pepper
Step 4
Lay the pieces on a tray and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through
Step 5
While the chicken is cooking, mix together the mayonnaise and yoghurt in a large bowl and set aside
Step 6
Once cooked, let them cool a little before adding some of the chicken juice to the mayonnaise/yoghurt mix to get the consistency you want
