Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Pull out a baking sheet and either spray with a nonstick spray or line with parchment paper.
Step 2
Cook your sausage according to package instructions (either on the stovetop or in the microwave).
Step 3
Meanwhile, scramble 2 eggs and cook them on the stovetop.
Step 4
Once cooled, mix the sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese together in the same bowl.
Step 5
Separate your biscuit layers, stuff them with the mixture, and seal them up.
Step 6
Place the biscuits on the baking dish. Brush with an egg wash (1 egg + 1 tbsp water) and sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning.
Step 7
Bake at 350°F (177ºC) for 18-22 minutes.
