Instructions
Step 1
Slice the chicken breast and sear both sides in a large skillet over high heat in the oil, seasoning with salt and pepper as you go.
Step 2
Once both sides are nicely browned, reduce the heat to medium, pour in the cream, and sprinkle in the spices.
Step 3
Add the bouillon cube, stir everything together, then add the sliced bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic, and water.
Step 4
Stir the contents of the skillet again, then cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
