Boil pasta
Step 2
Heat some olive oil and butter in a skillet and sautee the leek and greens.
Step 3
Add black pepper and black garlic paste and continue to sautee. Then add some lemon juice and some pasta water. Continue to cook and then add the olives and salt as needed
Step 4
Add paste to skillet once cooked and add more pasta water and stir to coat. Add Parmesan. And a small knob of buffer and stir and coat. Itβs ready! Enjoy
