Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the bolognese sause and make sure it is cold when it's time to use it.

Step 2
Prepare the besciamella sauce.

Step 3
Cook pasta in salty and boiling water as long as indicated on the box. For this dish, you can use both a long or a short type of pasta.








Step 4
Mix pasta with the bolognese sauce.



Step 5
Strain the mozzarella and slice it.




Step 6
Take a baking dish and ease down half of the pasta. On top of it, lay down the mozzarella and half of the grated parmesan.





Step 7
Put the second half of pasta on top of the mozzarella. On top of it put the besciamella sauce and the second half of grated parmesan.





Step 8
Bake the pasta into your oven for about 20 minutes.


Step 9
Remove the foil and switch on the grill function on your oven for the last five minutes.
