Instructions

Pat meat dry
Step 2
Cut in 3 pieces

Season with salt
Step 4
Removes stems and seeds from chilis and boil till soft in minimum water. Can add tomato.

Blend spices in blender, add chilis, 3 cups broth, vinegar and garlic.
Step 6
Add oil to instant pot. Saute meat on all sides.
Step 7
Add bay leaves, sauce and rest of broth.
Step 8
Pressure cook 55 minutes. Release stem and shred.
Step 9
Fry tortillas in a little oil from top of liquid in instant pot adding cheese and meat cilantro and onion.
Step 10
Dont forget to add lime juice to your tacos.
