Instructions

Step 1
Wiz up tomato's, 2/3 of onions, habenyero, pepper
Step 2
Cook 1/3 onion in oil until golden. Fry tomato paste until separated from oil
Step 3
Add mixture and cook for 20 mins
Step 4
Add spices and cook for further 15 mins
Step 5
Wash rice. Add to pot with stock. Cover and cook for 25 mins
