Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 F (175 C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt and baking soda.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, combine grapeseed oil, agave nectar and vanilla; whisk until thoroughly combined.
Step 4
Add wet mixture to almond flour mixture; stir until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Step 5
Spoon dough, one heaping tablespoon at a time, onto baking sheet and press down slightly.
Step 6
Bake 7 - 10 minutes, until lightly golden. Let cookies cool on baking sheets for 20 minutes.
