Instructions

Step 1
Marinate the chicken with pepper and salt. Roast it in a pan with butter for 3-4 mins on each side and put it aside.
Step 2
Finely chop the garlic and wash the fresh basil.
Step 3
Mix créme fraiche, cream, basil, garlic, cherry tomatoes, salt and sambal olek in a bowl.
Step 4
Set the oven to 225°C. Put the chicken in the tray and pour the sauce over. Drizzle the cheese on top.
Step 5
Put the tray in oven for 14-16 minutes. Serve with rice.
