Instructions
Step 1
First take a pan, add butter 2 cubes and 1 tsp oil. Add garlic ginger and cashew in that. Cook for 3mins. Then add onion. Fryuntil golden brown. Then add tomato. Salt, chilli powder, kashmiri chilli, jerra powder - 1tsp, corriander spoon 1/2 tsp. Garam masala 1/2tsp. Cook it well, add water if needed. Then put it in mixi and grind. Make it as paste

Step 2 Then take a pan again. Take panner , add chillie powder and salt to that. Fry that in a pan. Until its cooked. Dont overcook, it will become very elastic.
Step 3
Step 3 Take a pan, take 1 spoon butter, Add pattai, krambu, elaka, add the paste and the panner. Mix well. Add water, katuri methu, amul fresh cream.
