Instructions

Step 1
Trim and cube two chicken breasts
Step 2
In a bowl combine chicken salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, Cayenne pepper, Garam masala, turmeric one clove, garlic, 2 tablespoons ginger and a good amount of yogurt

Add mixture to a pan and cook 95% through

Take chicken out
Step 5
In the same pan melt some butter
Step 6
Add in 1/2 onion, 2 cloves garlic, and some ginger
Step 7
Cook until soft and fragrant
Step 8
Add in petite diced tomatoes, cashews, and heavy cream
Step 9
Add mixture and blend until smooth
Step 10
Pour back into pan and add chicken
Step 11
Cook until chicken is fully cooked
Step 12
Serve with naan bread and rice
