Step 1
Cut broccoli into pieces.
Step 2
Add 1/4 cup flour in a cup.
Step 3
Add cracked egg and 2 TBSP water into second cup, whisk.
Step 4
Add panko and garlic powder in a third cup.
Step 5
Add salt and pepper to all three cups.
Step 6
Season chicken with salt and pepper, fully coat with flour, dip into egg, dip into panko/garlic powder.
Step 7
Fry chicken 4 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Pour Dijon onto chicken.
