Instructions
Step 1
Mix the seasoning blend in a small bowl. Pat chicken dry and sprinkle the seasoning. Mix well in a bowl to ensure all pieces are seasoned.
Step 2
Pre-heat a pan with enough oil to 350 degrees. Or, pre-heat a deep fryer to 350 degrees
Step 3
Set up dredge... 1 Bowl with the seasoned flour. One bowl with the whisked eggs. One bowl with the panko bread crumbs.
Step 4
Mix all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and let rest for flavors to develop (About 10 minutes).
Step 5
Dip each piece of chicken in the flour first, then move to the egg, then finally into the panko bread crumbs, ensuring all pieces are completely coated.
Step 6
Fry in batches at 350 degrees for 4-6 minutes until golden brown. Don't overcrowd so temp does not drop. Check temp before each batch.
Step 7
Toss or drizzle the sauce with the tenders. Finish with extra parmesan and parsley.
