Ingredients

1 x 14 ozLil Smokies
packages, or sliced smoked sausage
1.5 lbsbaby potatoes
or diced red/gold potatoes
2 x 14 ozcans green beans
drained, or fresh, trimmed
1onion
small, sliced, optional
3 clovesgarlic
minced
1 ½ cupschicken broth
2 Tbspbutter
sliced
1 tspseasoned salt
or to taste
½ tspblack pepper
½ tsppaprika
optional
½ tsponion powder
½ tspgarlic powder
Instructions
Step 1
1 Layer it up.
Step 2
2 Add potatoes to the bottom of the crock pot.
Step 3
3 Top with green beans, onion, and garlic.
Step 4
4 Add Lil Smokies on top.
Step 5
5 Season & add liquid 6 Sprinkle all seasonings evenly.
Step 6
6 Pour in chicken broth.
Step 7
7 Place butter slices on top.
Step 8
8 Cook Low: 6–7 hours High: 3–4 hours. Potatoes should be fork-tender.
Step 9
9 Stir gently before serving. Taste and adjust salt/pepper.
