Instructions
Step 1
Slice cucumber with peeler to ensure cucumber is thin
Step 2
Cut red onion into thin long slithers, sinilar thickness to cucmber and combine in bowl ensure the onion is seperated
Step 3
In a seperate bowl, place sour cream, dill garlic powder, dash on white wine vinegar, dash of sugar and combine. Taste to your liking as you go.
Step 4
Combine the mixture with the cucumber and onion. Ensure you eat soon after making salad, as the cucumber will make it watery quickly
