Instructions
Brown the beef
Step 1
Cook the beef 1-2 mins, don't touch

Break it up ~4-5 mins
Step 3
Add pinch of salt and move beef to bowl
Cook the Veggies
Step 4
Toss in the green beans, cook 4-5 minutes
Step 5
Toss in bell peppers and zucchini 3-4 minutes, steam for a minute if needed

Add in minced garlic for 1 minute
Finishing Touches

Bring beef back to same pan
Step 8
Season entire dish and cook another few minutes

pour a little soy sauce on top

Add a little drizzle of sesame oil

Add green onion

Optional: add fried egg
