Instructions
Step 1
Season the meat with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a casserole with garlic and rosemary, then brown the meat well on all sides.
Step 2
Add the white wine and let it evaporate completely, then lower the heat and add a little water. Cover and cook gently, turning the meat occasionally.
Step 3
Add the potatoes cut into chunks and continue cooking until both the meat and potatoes are tender, adding water if needed.
Step 4
Remove the meat, slice it, and return it briefly to the pan with the sauce.
Step 5
Serve with the potatoes and cooking juices.
