Instructions
Step 1
Peel and chop potatoes into pieces, add to salted water and let cook
Step 2
Brown the ground beef and season with salt and pepper then remove from the pan and place to the side

At butter to pan and cook carrots, celery, onion and garlic
Step 4
Add thyme and tomato paste, stir together then add flour, Worcestershire sauce and beef stock
Step 5
Bring to a boil then add frozen peas, corn and beef back to the pan

Let simmer and thicken
Step 7
Add butter and milk to your drained fork tender potatoes
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper

Add the beef mixture to a lightly greased casserole dish and spread evenly
Step 10
Add mashed potatoes ontop of beef mixture, make sure it’s covered evenly
Step 11
Season with salt and pepper
Step 12
Make fork strokes ontop to make it crispy then sprinkle Parmesan cheese ontop
Step 13
Add dish to a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes
Step 14
Garnish with chives then serve!
