Instructions

Step 1
Prep tuna: Finely chop into small pieces (no boiling). Mix: Combine tuna + cream cheese until evenly mixed. Add egg, breadcrumbs, Gochujang, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and pepper. Mix gently until it just holds together (don’t overmix). Form into 6–8 patties. Chill 15–20 minutes (helps them stay firm). Heat a thin layer of oil over medium heat. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden and just cooked through.
