Korean inspired grilled sandwich

I’m using buttered bun, found it under name “brioche” but I really prefer buns than anything You in slices.
Remember to check sauce “to Your taste”. You can skip gochugaru if You are not a fan of spicy version. Any yellow cheese will do the job - I’m using Edam, Gouda or cheddar, depends on what You prefer.
Grill bun only on one side that goes inside, outside will be warm anyway;)

1 tspbutter
5 piecesyellow cheese
4Chorizo slices
1 handfularugula
1 Tbspsunflower seeds

For the sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Roast buttered brioche on electric grill or dry pan
Pan
Step 2
For sauce - mix all ingredients together
Step 3
Grill/fry chorizo a bit, don’t wipe away butter
Step 4
On grilled brioche spread sauce on lower half, put cheese and grilled chorizo
Step 5
Spread sauce on upper half, sprinkle some seeds and cover with arugula
