½ tspkosher salt
½ tspbaking soda
2eggs

½ cupcorn starch
1 tspoil
Sauce:
Instructions
Chicken:
Step 1
cut cutlets into cubes
Step 2
In a bowl mix together the chicken, water
Step 3
Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well
Step 4
let sit in fridge for at least 1 hr or more
Step 5
Either fry or place on baking sheet and bake on 350 till golden
Sauce:
Step 6
Make the sauce while frying
Step 7
Add all ingredients to a pot ( Not the sesame seeds)
Step 8
Bring to a boil then lower the flame and let simmer for a bit till it becomes thick
Step 9
add in the sesame seeds and mix then pour over the chicken
