Instructions

Step 1
Cube chicken. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika then add your corn starch and mix up.
Step 2
Pan fry chicken until done. 4 to 5 minutes each side.
Step 3
While chicken is cooking blend your sauce. Blend orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and corn starch. Pour into pan on low heat until it thickens.
Step 4
Once sauce is thick add the chicken back in and mix together.
Step 5
The rice is easy. I precooked a bigger batch and just took 4 cups out to use here. Cooked with bone broth. 1 cup per bowl.
Step 6
Split chicken across 4 bowls with 1 cup of rice each.
