Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

3. In a large bowl, mash bananas.

4. Mix in melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream.

5. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until just combined. Do not overmix.

7. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.

1. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
